In a study of beef steers summer grazing performance, SumaGrow® treated Sorghum plots were analyzed for the grower standard and average daily gain.

  • Animals grazed on SumaGrow® treated pasture had a cost advantage of +$105.45
  • SumaGrow® grazed cattle gained an average of .27 lbs per day more than the grower standard.
  • The SumaGrow® treated pasture could handle 2 animals more per unit than the grower standard.


In research studying the effect of SumaGrow® products on soybean yield in Southern Mississippi, SumaGrow® treated fields had the highest yields.

  • SumaGrow® treated soybeans brought 3.4 bushels per acre more than the average grower standard.
  • SumaGrow® treated soybeans brought 6.8 bushels per acre more than the control group (no kind of treatment at all).
  • That’s a 15% increase in productivity over the control group just by using SumaGrow®.


In a study managed by the Missouri Department of Conservation in collaboration with the Audubon Society focused on the potential for soil microbial products to improve grassland stands and soil.

  • SumaGrow® treated soil had a 26% reduction in soil compaction.
  • SumaGrow® treated soil contained a more balanced microbial population, leading to more productive soil.
  • SumaGrow® treated soil recorded significantly higher soil moisture ratings compared to the control.
